About Me

Gabriela Ferreira is Vice President of Leasing at Equity Partners, Inc. Since joining Equity Partners in 2018, Gabriela has been involved in managing, leasing, developing, acquiring, renovating, and selling office space in Central Florida. Ms. Ferreira is currently responsible for leasing Equity Partners’ 500,000 SF Orlando portfolio. She has also been involved in over 100,000 SF of interior improvements and approximately 93,000 SF of ground-up office development (Discovery One & Ingenuity One). Although Gabriela’s primary focus is on office space leasing, she is very much involved in the portfolio’s construction management, development management, asset management, dispositions, and acquisitions of land and buildings.

Gabriela is a licensed real estate sales associate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. Gabriela is an active member of CREW Orlando and NAIOP where she is on the UCREW committee (CREW) and on the NAIOP UCF Case Competition committee.
