Equity has developed over 500,000 square feet of class “A” single-story office space in Central Florida. Significant developments include Maitland Springs (150,000 SF), Alafaya Corporate Center (150,000 SF), Science One (60,000 SF), Ingenuity One (70,000 SF), and Discovery Two (57,000 SF, to be delivered in 2023). In addition, Equity purchased and extensively renovated five vacant office buildings (200,000 SF, including four buildings within Central Florida Research Park) all of which remain 100% leased/occupied.

EquityPartners’ current Orlando area office portfolio is valued in excess of $125,000,000 and Equity expects to continue to expand its office presence in Central Florida (with an emphasis on East Orlando/CFRP) over the next ten years. Although the Company has sold several developments and acquisitions throughout its history (strategically), EquityPartners’ long-term ownership commitment to Central Florida is unwavering.
