Science One (12900 Science Drive, Orlando, FL) was developed by EquityPartners in two phases to accommodate the needs of ServiceNow (single tenant/long-term lease), who leased the entire project long-term. Originally a speculative office building, Science One incorporates EquityPartners specialized design features including wide open floor plates, high ceilings (open architecture), 6/1000 parking, two levels of natural light and more. This 58,812 SF single-story development won NAIOP’s coveted “Commercial Office Development of the Year” award in 2017 and ServiceNow was voted one of the top 100 best companies to work for in the US in 2021. The speculative office development features a full gym with locker rooms and showers, a game room, an outdoor break area and a large break room.
